Les événements qui se sont déjà produits au moment de l’achat du forfait de ski, ceux dont la survenance était manifeste pour le bénéficiaire au moment de l’achat du forfait de ski.
Les mesures non ordonnées ou non approuvées par Europ Assistance.
Tous les cas de force majeure rendant impossible l’exécution du contrat, notamment les interdictions décidées par les autorités locales, nationales ou internationales ;
Accidents résultant de la participation à titre professionnel ou sous contrat rémunéré à des compétitions officielles organisées par une fédération sportive ainsi que l’entraînement en vue de ces compétitions et la responsabilité civile liée à ces activités;
Pratique du ski hors-pistes (sous réserve des espaces autorisés par la station pour la pratique du « ski hors- piste»), participation à des courses de nature compétitive, même en amateur ;
Utilisation incorrecte ou abusive du forfait de ski.

INSURANCE SERVICES :
Refounds of the skipass Refounds of the skipass For the holders of a ski-pass of 2 days or more, EUROP ASSISTANCE will reimburse on a pro rata basis and up to CHF 2’000.- per season and only upon presentation of the original documents, unused ski-pass, that as long as the beneficiary benefits of medical care
Refounds of the skiing lessons Refounds of the skiing lessons For the holders of a ski-pass of 2 days or more, EUROP ASSISTANCE will reimburse on a pro rata basis and up to CHF 2’000.- per season and only upon presentation of the original documents, unused skiing lessons, that as long as the beneficiary benefits of medical care
Refound of the rented skiing equipement Refound of the rented skiing equipement For the holders of a ski-pass of 2 days or more, EUROP ASSISTANCE will reimburse on a pro rata basis and up to CHF 2’000.- per season and only upon presentation of the original documents, unused rented skiing equipment, that as long as the beneficiary benefits of medical care
Search and rescue costs Search and rescue costs EUROP ASSISTANCE will pay for the cost of search, rescue and emergency assistance, on the skiable domain and on the open runs covered by the ski-pass and executed by the patrol team of the ski resort up to a limit of CHF 350.-per event.
Costs for transport by ambulance or helicopter Costs for transport by ambulance or helicopter • EUROP ASSISTANCE will pay for the cost of transport by ambulance (actual expenses), from the bottom of the ski runs to the nearest hospital up to CHF 10’000.-per season. • EUROP ASSISTANCE will pay for the cost of transport by helicopter (actual expenses) up to CHF 10’000.-per season. Only flight to a Swiss hospital is covered.
Medical expenses Emergency Medical expenses Europ Assistance will pay for the emergency medical costs (actual expenses) only in Switzerland up to CHF 10'000.-per season.
Medical repatriation Medical repatriation Europ Assistance will pay for medical repatriation costs (actual expennses of the insured person to his usual place of residence, that as long as the beneficiary benefits of medical care and up to CHF 10’000.- per season.
